FCB vs Osasuna

Sorry guys for the really late post! I've been busy with works and everything lately. Anyhow, did you guys watched the game? If you didn't watch, like I always say, NO WORRIES my dear FCB-ians. :) you can read it here & even watch it here. *only the goals & highlights :)*

Well, if you have watched it. Tell me what you guys thought of the game alright! *comments;comments!* :) to me, it was one hell of an intense game!

The line-up;

FCB;
Valdés, Alves, Piqué, Puyol, Alba, Sergio, Iniesta, Cesc, Tello, Alexis and Messi <3
Osasuna;
Andrés Fernández, Marc Bertrán, Flaño, Arribas, Damiá, Cejudo, Puñal, Raoul, Lamah, Sisi and Llorente

The results;

Half-time;
Osasuna 1-0 FCB
Full-time;
Osasuna 1-2 FCB

On the 16' Osasuna scored their first & last goal. Afar passed by R. Lamah who's on the left side of the field to Joseba Llorente who was in front of the goal net. Joseba then kicked the ball into the corner left side of the net. Audiences were then cheering; Joseba along with his teammates were all happily hugging each other.

Then on the 75'; FCB started scoring. Goal from Messi. It was a nice goal! Messi was having the ball to himself on the midfield. He was then doing his thing - running through all the Osasuna's midfielders & defenders. He then passed the ball afar to Pedro - nice footwork from Pedro! Maintaining possessions. He then passed the ball to Alexis & Alexis passed the ball back to Messi & Messi kicked the ball into the net. The ball went into the net so smoothly & you can see that Andres Fernandez was angry & lost for words right after that score! LOL! It was a nice goal! :)

Last goal for FCB & the goal that gave FCB 3 points was on the 79' from Messi once again. This time it was assisted from Jordi Alba. Afar passed from Alba who was on the left side of the field to Messi who was in front of Anders Fernandez and a few Osasuna defenders. Messi then kicked the ball into the net. The kick was so strong that you can actually see the impact from the ball hitting the goal net. It was also one of my favorite goal. :)

Read what our manager has to say about tonight's game; 'FCB vs Osasuna' then FCB vs Real Madrid game & Especially things on what people said about Valdes's performance during El Clasico night. For me; personally, Valdes performance was great. He's the best keeper! He IS & WILL always be my best keeper! Counting down on other matches; Valdes's performances have always been great & now people are judging him because of that match? I find it ridiculous. But anyhow, those critics ain't gonna do anything to Valdes. Valdes will always remain as Valdes. :) the Valdes we love!! Cheerio.

FC Barcelona vs Real Madrid

Did you guys watched this fantastico game?? It was an interesting game, trust me! But anyhow, I'll be here writing all about this game. Enjoy!

The line-up;

Valdes, Alves, Pique, Mascherano, Adriano, Busquets, Xavi, Iniesta, Pedro, Alexis Sanchez & Messi!
RMD;
Casillas, Ramos, Albiol, Arbeloa, Coentrao, Alonso, Ozil, Khedira, Callejon, Cristiano Ronaldo & Benzema

The results ...

Half-Time;
FCB 0-0 Real Madrid
Full-Time;
FCB 3-2 Real Madrid

On the 55'; a goal for Real Madrid first, by Cristiano Ronaldo. Assisted by Ozil from a corner kick & Ronaldo headed the ball in. They were all cheering; hugging and everything, it's funny 'cause Barca got ahead so extremely good & fast that it made their jaw dropped. LOL sorry, I don't know if that made sense? I'm just soooo happy!

As referring to what I was saying, Barca got ahead of the game so good & fast; this is the reason; on the 56' just a minute away from Ronaldo's goal; Barca scored their first goal; by Pedro assisted by Mascherano. Just ONE MINUTE away from Ronaldo's goal, can you imagine? & gosh, Barca is so darn good at passing; especially far passings. Mascherano was having the ball to himself; finding a way to passed to somebody who's near the goal net, he saw Pedro; who was on the right corner side of the field. It was afar passed from him to Pedro & Pedro kicked the ball into the net. Fabio Coentra couldn't catch up, nope. By the time Coentra tried to defense the ball away, Pedro already kicked the ball into the net.

2nd goal for FCB was on the 70'; a penalty goal from Messi. Penalty was the caused from Ramos making contact onto Iniesta on the penalty box. :) nice shot from Messi & a pitch invader came out to the field when they were celebrating.

3rd & last goal for FCB was on the 78'; by our captain Xavi, assisted from Iniesta. Looks like when both of my midfielders work together; nobody can stop them eyh. :D afar passed from Busquets to Iniesta - great footwork from Iniesta; breaking away from all the Madrid defenders. He then passed it to Xavi who was upfront to the net & Xavi kicked the ball into the net! Scored! They were all then celebrating.

On the 85'; Real Madrid managed to score their 2nd & last goal; from Di Maria. It was actually a slipped from Valdes. A pass from Ronaldo; but Pique managed to get the ball, he then kicked the ball towards Valdes. Valdes was having the ball on his feet - Di Maria came storming towards Valdes & Valdes somehow slipped the ball away from his feet. Di Maria then kicked the ball into the net & that's how Di Maria scored the goal.

Final whistle was then blown on the 90' + 3'. FCB flags were all waving up! Celebrations were starting. While I, was at home, jumping up & down that I think the neighbors would be wondering what the heck is going on. LOL! It was an interesting match.

p.s. Messi has equalized Cesar as FCB's all-time goalscorer against Real Madrid. :) Cheerio, loves.

That's would be the first half of the whole El Clasico/Supercopa game. Next stop, to the Bernabeu for the final game of El Clasico/Supercopa!

Sergi Roberto

A big congratulations to our Sergi Roberto.

As of the match yesterday; FCB vs Sampdoria, Sergi Roberto was named MVP of the Joan Gamper Estrella Damm Trophy; 47th Edition. :)

I'm proud of him! He just joined FCB last year; so I could say he's still a newbie & being able to win a trophy; that is handwork! So proud! :)

He passed his medical & has signed his 5-year contract with Barca already.

Joan Gamper Trophy

I was lost about this game. I didn't know there was such trophy/a game cause Barca just played a match against Real Sociedad a day ago. So, I was completely lost.

FC Barcelona - Sampdoria.
I hate to say this but Sampdoria won this match by just one goal.

FCB 0-1 Sampdoria.

Sampdoria's victory goal was on the 1' (I know nothing about this game here, seriously.) by Soriano. Afar passed from a Sampdoria player to Soriano. Soriano then headed the ball into the net.

Just knew this; Sampdoria's a newly prompted team & Barca was hosting them at Camp Nou for this yearly 'Joan Gamper Trophy'.

Anyone of you watched the match yesterday? (Malaysia time; 3am).

No? No worries, you can check it in here; watch it here & etc. :)

FC Barcelona's line-up;
Valdes, Alves, Puyol, Mascherano, Alba, Busquets, Xavi, Fabregas, Pedro, Tello & Messi!

Real Sociedad's line-up;
Bravo, Ansotegi, Gonzalez, Estrada, De La Bella, Castro, Prieto, Elustondo, Illarramendi, Bergara & Griezmann.

The results;

Half-Time;
FCB 4-1 Real Sociedad
Full-Time;
FCB 5-1 Real Sociedad

The first goal was on the 4', (I know, so fast!) LOL it's from our captain; Puyol; I call him the metal-head; his head is clearly made out of metal, its so hard! A corner kick by Xavi & yes, Puyol head the ball into the net. As easy as abc. :) a great comeback from him!

The first goal for Sociedad was on the 9'. A goal from Castro; assisted by Asier Illarramendi. It was an easy goal; cause there were no defenders blocking him. Puyol & Fabregas tried to ran towards him but he was too far away for them. And by the time Dani Alves came to defense; he kicked the ball into the corner of the net & the ball went in.

Everyone's heart was pounding by then 'cause it's already FCB 1-1 Sociedad. What will happen? Will it lead to a tie? Just like Real Madrid's match against Valencia. Many of 'em started wishing, "Please, Barca, start scoring already!" and yes, Barca or should I say Messi, granted their wish. 2nd goal for FCB was from our wonder boy; Messi. It was on the 11' assisted by Pedro. The ball was with Tello; he passed it to Messi; then Messi passed it to Pedro & back to Messi. There were around 4 Sociedad defenders blocking Messi; but Messi did his thing; dribble the ball away from them containing him and kicked the ball straight into the net. This goal was my favorite; why you may ask? Cause it was interesting to watch, like Tello to Messi to Pedro then back to Messi & then into the net with all the Sociedad defenders surrounding them. And watching Messi do his dribbles & style; how can it not be interesting. :)

3rd goal for FCB was again from our superstar; Messi. On the 16'; assisted by Tello. Tello passed it to Messi & Messi wanted to kicked the ball into the net but one of Sociedad defenders somehow hit the ball and the ball slowed down, going further up and Tello was great too to get back the ball & kicked it back to Messi. From there, Messi scored! :) LOVE HIM!

4th goal for FCB was from Pedro; on the 41'; assisted by Tello once again. Afar passed from Tello to Pedro. And Pedro kicked the ball into the net without even having to think. It was an unexpected goal.

The 5th and last goal for FCB was on the 84'; by Villa (came in for Pedro on the 75'; audiences were all standing up & clapping for him; welcoming him back. :)) assisted by another one of our favorites; our wonder boy; Iniesta. Villa was having the ball at first; he was trying to get near the net but defenders were blocking him so he passed it to Iniesta; who dribbled & broke away the defenders from Villa but managed to keep the ball from getting out of the side-line. He then passed it back to Villa, Villa then scooped up the ball and into the net. Goal!! Another huge comeback from Villa!

This was a very exciting game to watch. Literally every after 5 mins, I'll be getting up; cheering. :) I was so happy that Barca is still Barca; they play it their own way & they win it their own way! I'm proud to be a FCB familia. :)

Puerto Rico 1-2 Spain

On the 52' the first goal for Spain was from Cazorla; assisted by Nacho Monreal. It was a great goal I must say. When Monreal passed the ball to Cazorla, Cazorla was just getting away from the Puerto Ricons. He was so far away from the goal and I guess he just wanted to score. He kicked on where he was standing and he did it; he scored. The way he scored was similar to Angel Di' Maria's during the Argentina vs Germany game. The impact was great. And Gaudette was lost for words I could say. He was just lost! LOL

Anyhow, the 2nd goal was from our FCB boy & Spain's no. 10 superstar; Fabregas. Right before the half-time whistle is being blown; on the 45', assisted by no. 22, Jesus Navas. Navas was on the right corner side of the field where else Fabregas was at the middle of the Puerto Rico's penalty box. Some Puerto Ricon's players were surrounding Navas and some were surrounding Fabregas. But Navas managed to passed the ball towards Fabregas and Fabregas kicked the ball without even having to stop the ball for one second into the net.

Then, on the 65', Puerto Ricon's, M. Cintron; managed to helped his team on one goal, assisted by H. Ramos. It was a far kick by Gaudette to Ramos and then to Cintron who clearly has no defenders blocking his way so it was an easy goal actually. It's funny how the Puerto Ricon's were celebrating at the sidelines after that goal; the manager, staffs & the other players were all jumping out from their seats and celebrating cause they thought that they could catch up with another goal. But, no, they still can't until the full-time whistle is being blown. Right after the game, it was Spain's time to celebrate. LOL

The results; Puerto Rico 1-2 Spain. Spain is still ahead of them with one goal. :)

Germany vs Argentina

Half-time;
Germany 0-1 Argentina
Full Time;
Germany 1-3 Argentina

On the 31' a penalty was given to Argentina; Messi was the penalty shooter of course but Ter Stegen (came in for Zieler who got a red card on the 30') managed to grabbed hold of the ball. Well, Germany thought that was lucky & maybe they could grab hold of the next 60', not so fast boys! LOL the first goal on the 45'+1' was an own goal, by Khedira. How? From a normal corner kick by Di Maria and somewhat, Khedira kicked the ball into the net. As I said, not so fast. :)

Next, on the 50' there was an offside goal from Germany. An offside goal. So, y'know, no goal; not counted.

Then, 2nd goal, was from our captain, Messi on the 2nd half; 52', assisted by G. Higuain. Afar past from Di Maria to Higuain that gave a short pass to Messi. This time, Messi proved that he can kicked as strong as a wind and he did! His kick was so strong that Ter Stegen can't even grabbed the ball and the ball went into the net so darn hard! :) you can see the impact on the net.

There was almost another goal on the 64' by Messi. The ball was a few inches away from the goal. But it's alright, cause it didn't just ended there.

The 3rd and last goal for Argentina was on the 73' from Di Maria, things were slow at first but not until when Aguero kicked the ball towards apparently to nobody as he wants to break out from all the German players that were all running towards him. But Di Maria managed to stormed towards the ball and he kicked the ball from afar so strongly and hardly. And yes! The ball went into the net! :) Ter Stegen got no chance on touching the ball; not even a teeny bit.

Argentinian's superstars; Messi, Aguero, Higuain and Di Maria were all hugging & all smiles & the audiences were all celebrating by then. It was 3-nil; I guess you could say its payback time. :)

And yes, Germany stood a chance to score one goal. By B. Howedes; assisted by M. Gotze on the 81'. Gotze managed to stop the ball from getting out of the field line and kicked the ball towards Howedes who was in the middle of the field; or should I say, middle of the penalty box and headed the ball into the net.

Not just that, on the 89' right before the whistle is blown, something interesting happened; a big fan came down onto the field (I don't know how. LOL), cheering & running around. He ran passed Messi and Messi shook hands with him! The fan was so happy! LOL and yes, tell me, how can we not love Messi? This is what I call, sportsmanship!

The final whistle was then blown on the 90'; celebrations were arising among the Argentinian's audiences. Argentina flags were up!! Hands clapping and smiley faces across the Argentinian fans. :) Germany though weren't really that happy. Well, anyways, it was great game!

*p.s.: Maradona was at the match watching from the seats! :) ahhh, happy to see Maradona. Misses the old days where he coached Argentina!
